At CGB, we believe that it is possible to be both profitable and ethical.   Clearly we have to make a profit in order to survive as a company.  However, we are not willing to sacrifice sound ethical principles to do so.  Our reputation for honesty and fairness has created a bond of loyalty with customers, vendors, and employees.  This ability to maintain top-notch business associations has aided our company in realizing the long-term profitability we strive for daily. 
 
While we encourage innovation and creativity, safety is job one!  It is the most important thing we do.  Our Journey to Excellence program has helped create a culture of safety and efficiency where our employees continually seek better ways of performing their jobs.
