WHY CTLC?
Each year at CGB’s New Employee Orientation, CTLC’s Vice President, Scott Leininger, reminds new employees that we expect them to enjoy what they do. This is not an afterthought as he is about to close his presentation. Instead, it is part of his core message to new associates. Due to our ever increasing diversity of operations and opportunities, we encourage employees to explore the variety of career paths that CGB offers. This emphasis on enjoying what we do has brought us a family of employees who have been with CGB for many years.
