Cooper/Consolidated, the joint operating, sales, and marketing division of Cooper T. Smith Stevedoring Co, Inc. and Consolidated Terminals and Logistics Company (CTLC), a division of CGB Enterprises is the largest operating asset-backed stevedoring and logistics company in the Port of New Orleans / lower Mississippi River. Cooper/Consolidated operates eleven (11) high capacity barge mounted floating cranes featuring Am Clyde Model 28's, Manitowoc Model 4600's as well as our floating grain elevator, "The America" which is capable of loading 20,000 metric tons of grain per day.

River Bend Transport and Brokerage Company (RBT/RBB) is the trucking/transportation branch of CGB Enterprises. The majority of RBTs business involves the transportation of grain, salt, fertilizer, plastics and various other products hauled in pneumatic and dump trailers.  In addition, RBT operates a limited number of van and flatbed trailers which carry packaged freight.  RBT is also a member of the Uniform Intermodal Interchange and holds interchange agreements with all railroads and steamship lines that provide intermodal service to the Chicagoland area.

RBBs business involves the movement of dump, flat, van, and other freight needs.  Carriers under contract to RBB are closely examined and monitored as to their safety status, insurance certification, and proper authority.

Fertilizer products are just another way CGB serves the agricultural communities of a growing number of American states. The fully integrated operation in Jeffersonville, Indiana provides a distinct logistical advantage versus other companies who must rely on others for quality service and timely delivery.

CGB Fertilizer is a wholesale distributor of bulk fertilizer to agricultural retailers throughout the Midwest and Southwest regions of the United States. This operation currently markets fertilizer into 11 key US states, and provides its' customers with access to all bulk fertilizer products.
